About me!

As a Scottish native relocating to London for a corporate job, I became acutely aware of the stress and chaos associated with city living. In my personal pursuit of inner peace and improved mental well-being, I explored various methods such as prayer, meditation, and exercise. However, it was during my travels to different countries that I discovered the remarkable effects of sound healing. These experiences had a profound impact on my emotional and mental state, leaving me feeling remarkably relaxed and centered.

Being rooted in the Sikh spiritual tradition, I found a way to integrate my own cultural background into my sound healing practice. By incorporating traditional instruments and chanting reminiscent of my temple upbringing, I discovered a unique fusion that resonated deeply within me. This transformative journey inspired me to share the incredible benefits of sound healing with others, guiding them to embark on their own paths towards inner peace and well-being.

You will be provided with a mat and blanket, but you can bring a cushion or eye mask for additional comfort.

What is the dress code for the session?

There's no dress code, but it's recommended to wear something comfortable. Shoes are not permitted inside, so you can wear socks or go barefoot.
